Our management team
FBC Manby Bowdler has a modern, innovative management structure, which is headed up by Managing Partner, Mrs Kim Carr. She is in turn supported by 7 Heads of Department and key support team managers from HR, Marketing, Finance, Quality & Compliance and IT & Office Services.
The Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day running of the firm; formalising and overseeing the implementation of its long term organic growth strategy incorporating ambitious business development objectives and a strategic risk review process to ensure continued success.
The Firm’s inclusive approach to strategy encourages a management structure that aims to develop its people to take a Firm wide-responsibility for fulfilling client needs and building on key relationships for success. The Firm engenders a ‘can do’ attitude amongst its entire staff and motivates them to build loyal partnerships both internally and externally based on understanding, trust and performance.
