Alasdair Hobbs gained his LLB (Hons) from Anglia Polytechnic University and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1993. He joined the practice as a Partner in August 2004.
Alasdair specialises in advising companies on best practice in connection with a range of employment related matters. These include contracts of employment, employment policy documents, directors service agreements, boardroom and shareholder disputes, pre-dismissal advice, redundancy, re-structuring of the workforce, equal opportunities, transfers of undertakings, consultancy agreements and the drafting, enforcement or defence to restrictive covenants.
Alasdair is also Vice Chairman of the Telford Business Club.
Alasdair has a Post-Graduate Diploma in European Management and European Law.
