Born and educated in Leicester, Alison Dixon joined London City firm Lawrence Graham in 1990 and became a Partner in 1997. She subsequently joined FBC Manby Bowdler in 1998 and became a Partner in 1999.
Alison specialises in all aspects of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, Landlord and Tenant issues and general commercial property matters such as options, licences, easements, telecoms matters and large scale voluntary registrations at the Land Registry. She acts for a range of clients including property companies, offshore landlords, other occupiers, government bodies, educational establishments and estate owners.
