Charlotte Charlesworth-Jones gained a degree in Applied Biology from the University of Wolverhampton in 2002 before going on to complete her Post Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course, also at the University of Wolverhampton. She joined the firm as trainee and was admited as a solicitor in September 2008, qualifying into our Employment department.
Charlotte has experience in various aspects of employment law, including advising companies on employment related matters, particularly contracts of employment, company policies, employee handbooks, grievance, capability and disciplinary procedures, dismissals and redundancies. Charlotte also has experience of advising and acting for both claimants and respondents in Employment Tribunal proceedings. She is based in our Shrewsbury office.
