Charlotte graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2005 with a 2:1 (Honours) degree in Law. She went on to complete the academic stage of her training at the College of Law in Birmingham, achieving Distinction. Charlotte joined the firm in June 2006.
She currently chairs the Wolverhampton Junior Lawyers Division, having founded the group in 2008, and takes a seat as Junior Lawyer Representative on the Wolverhampton Law Society Council.
Charlotte qualified into the Commercial Litigation Department in March 2009 and now advises on all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular bias towards commercial and contractual disputes. Her particular areas of expertise include bankruptcy, commercial litigation, commercial mediation and ADR, contract claims, contested debt recovery, insolvency and property disputes.
