David Hughes qualified as a solicitor in London and worked in the capital for 7 years with leading London Law Firms Slaughter and May and Nabarro Nathanson. He joined this firm as a Consultant in November 2002 having spent 15 years as a Corporate Partner with Pinsent Masons in Birmingham.
David is a senior corporate finance lawyer and has considerable specialist knowledge and experience in advising UK and foreign owned private companies on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, MBO's and other corporate and commercial transactions.
David is a governor of Wolverhampton Grammar School and is a member of the Birmingham Bach Choir.
