David Lucas qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and joined the Firm in March 2008 as an Associate. In April 2010 he was promoted to become a Partner.

A former partner with a key Midlands practice, David specialises solely in Commercial Property.  His particular expertise is in handling high quality commercial property work as he acts for a wide variety of property clients, including a number of major national retailers.

He has great expertise in property management work including advising in relation to landlord and tenant issues; property investment and portfolio work including acquisition and disposal of standing investments and completed developments. He also provides support work on corporate transactions of all types and has secured lending work for a number of financial institutions. David advises occupiers, developers and investors, both on a local and national level.
