David completed his Law degree and Legal Practice Course at the University of Wolverhampton before joining the Firm in 2004. He qualified as a solicitor in 2007.
David has experience of all aspects of commercial property work and advises on a broad range of property related matters for landlords, tenants, and private and commercial property developers.
David also specialises in the purchase of freehold and leasehold reversions, the assignment of ground rents and acting for landlords in enfranchisement matters.
