Our people

David graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2006 with a 2:1 (Honours) degree in Law. He went on to complete his academic training at the College of Law in Birmingham, achieving Distinction and joined the firm as a trainee in September 2008, qualifying in 2010.

David advises on all aspects of company and commercial law; from corporate transactions including the purchase, sale and reorganisation of companies, to non-transactional matters, particularly company secretarial work and drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements. 

David is also quickly establishing himself as a valued member of the Firm's Intellectual Property, Technology & Media Law Group, advising clients on a range of non-contentious intellectual property matters, with a particular emphasis on protection of IP through the registration of trade marks. David also has experience in the workings of copyright law, as well as design rights and patents.
