Fay Rothery qualified as a solicitor in 1999, joined us in 2000 and became Partner in 2005.
Fay specialises in family work including divorce, all aspects of ancillary financial matters and disputes regarding children. She has considerable experience in cohabitation matters including disputes regarding the ownership of property, financial provision for the benefit of children of unmarried couples and cohabitation agreements. Fay also has an interest in the law relating to Civil Partnerships.
Fay is a member of Resolution - First for Family Law and has gained accreditation from Resolution as a Specialist Family Lawyer with particular specialisms in Advanced Financial Provision and Cohabitation.
