Born and educated in Ireland, James was admitted as a solicitor in the UK in 1989 and has spent all of his professional life since then advising on corporate and commercial matters. He has a proven track record in advising on both transactional and non transactional matters for owner managed businesses, UK subsidiaries and quoted public companies. James' client base comprises Irish, UK, mainland European and US clients from a variety of sector types. He advises on company sales and acquisitions, restructures, joint ventures, public and private share issues and strategic commercial contracts.
