Born and educated in Wolverhampton, James Sage was admitted as a solicitor in 1996 and became a Partner in 2002.
James specialises in company & commercial matters, sales & purchases of companies & businesses and shareholder & joint venture agreements. He also has considerable experience in advising owner managed businesses, management buy-out teams and acting for banks and other lending institutions.
James also acts as the Firm's Training Partner and is responsible for our training contract recruitment program.
