John Ellery qualified as a solicitor in 1977 and became a Consultant in 2009, having been a Partner since 1981.
As a Partner, John specialised in civil litigation, including the financial aspects of divorce and has experience in all Courts and Tribunals up to the Court of Appeal. John is a past President of The Shropshire Law Society and was for many years on the Legal Aid Committee in Chester.
He is Her Majesty’s Coroner for North Shropshire (2003) and a Deputy District Judge on the Northern Circuit (1995) covering all jurisdictions.
John is a School Governor of The Shrewsbury High School.
