Kam Johal gained her LLB specialising in Business Law from the University of Wolverhampton before joining the Firm as a trainee. She qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and was promoted to become an Associate of the Firm in 2006. Kam became a Partner in April 2008.
Kam specialises in company and commercial matters; acquisitions and disposals of companies & businesses; group restructuring; shareholder matters; banking and commercial contracts. She acts for a number of owner managed businesses based locally and nationally as well as some international based entities.
