Karen Grimshaw gained her LLB (Hons) Degree at Anglia Polytechnic University and was admitted as a solicitor in 1990. After training in Birmingham and spending her initial post-qualification years at Manby & Steward LLP, Karen re-joined the merged firm of FBC Manby Bowdler LLP as an Associate in the Residential Conveyancing Department in 2008.
Karen has extensive experience in all aspects of freehold and leasehold property transactions and now specialises in residential conveyancing including, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership purchases, new plot sales, equity releases, Local Authority right to buys and matrimonial property transfers.
