Our people

Matthew Lloyd read Law at the University of Wolverhampton and graduated with an LLB (Honours) degree in 2001. He passed the Legal Practice Course in 2002 with distinction and was awarded the ORJ Prize by the University of Wolverhampton in 2003 for his achievements in Commercial and Company Law. He qualified in September 2004 and in April 2010 he was promoted to become a Partner.

Matthew has great experience of all aspects of commercial property work; particularly Property investment work including purchases and sales and Landlord & Tenant work. Matthew is instructed by a number of clients ranging from large well known public limited companies to private individuals.
