Since qualification in November 1999, Paul has specialised in litigation. He became a Partner of the Firm in May 2007 and heads up the Commercial Litigation Team in Shropshire.  His particular area of expertise is disputes that have a property bias, which includes commercial Landlord and Tenant Disputes representing both Landlord and Tenant clients in all forms of property litigation disputes such as contested and uncontested lease renewals, disputes regarding all forms of breaches of covenant including those arising as a result of alienation and assignment, dilapidations and other breaches of repairing covenants. Paul also advises on litigious agricultural matters and in January 2012, passed as a Fellow of The Agricultural Land Association evidencing his knowledge and expertise in this field.

Paul is recognised as a "leader in his field" in the Legal 500 Directory, for his work as a member of the Firm's Agricultural & Rural Services Team.
