Pete Collins completed his LLDip Law conversion course in 2001, after originally gaining an BA (Hons) Degree in Economics from the University of Wolverhampton in 1994. He joined the Firm as a trainee in 2001, qualified as a solicitor in September 2003 specialising in Employment Law and became an Associate of the Firm in 2007. Most recently, in April 2010, Pete was appointed as Partner.
Pete specialises in all aspects of commercial Employment Law and has particular expertise in TUPE, business transfers and company restructuring particularly within the SME business sector.
Pete is part of the Solicitors Liaison's Committee at the University of Wolverhampton.
