Rebecca Massey obtained her LLB (Hons) degree from Birmingham University in 2004. Following the completion of the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Birmingham, Rebecca joined the Firm in 2006. She qualified as a solicitor in September 2008 and is based in the Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning Department.
Rebecca specialises in making applications to the Court of Protection for Statutory Wills and the appointment of Deputies. She also provides advice and assistance in relation to the general management of Deputyship matters. She is currently studying for her Society of Trusts and Estate Practioner's diploma.
