Simon Bowdler qualified as a solicitor in 1975 and joined the Firm as a Partner in 1988.
Simon advises on a wide range of commercial property matters including development projects, bank finance, investment portfolios and a variety of freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals. His client portfolio is wide ranging covering PLC's, local public bodies, owner managed businesses and a variety of private clients. He has gained a reputation for a commercial common sense approach whilst trying to ensure that the deal is achieved for his clients in a timely manner.
