Our people

Susan Todhunter was born and educated in Cumbria. She obtained her LLB (Hons) at Wolverhampton Polytechnic and joined us as a trainee before qualifying as a solicitor in 1991. Susan became a Partner in 1997.

Susan heads up the Wolverhampton Personal Injury Team and specialises in representing adults and children in complex head injury cases. She is renowned for her expertise in this field and has successfully achieved a number of settlements in excess of £1 million.

Recent cases have included a £2 million settlement for a client who had suffered serious brain and orthopaedic injuries as a result of an accident and a complex catastrophic injury matter that resulted in a client settlement in excess of £7 million.

Susan is an accredited senior litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel. She was also instrumental in the Firm securing listings on the Personal Injury Solicitors Panels for Headway and the Brain Injury Group.
