Tracy Worthington obtained her LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of East Anglia and thereafter went to the College of Law, Chester becoming admitted as a solicitor in 1988. Tracy joined us in 1992 and became a Partner in 1995.
Tracy deals in all aspects of Employment Law including unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract, restrictive covenants, Compromise Agreements, drafting contracts, handbooks and Service Agreements as well as advising on dealing with difficult employees, sickness and misconduct issues. She also provides practical training on employment matters for clients.Tracy works for both employees and employers who range from small companies to large plcs.
Tracy's work is recommended in the Legal 500 Directory. "FBC Manby Bowdler LLP advised a construction client on the employment issues regarding a restructuring, and acted on a number of complex discrimination claims. Tracy Worthington is recommended."
