Liam obtained an LLB (Hons) Law Degree with American Legal Studies in 2005 before completing the Legal Practice Course at Birmingham University in 2007, achieving a Commendation. Liam joined FBC Manby Bowdler as a Paralegal in the Personal Injury Department in 2014.
Liam handles a variety of claims including Employment Liability, Public Liability and Occupiers Liability Claims working on behalf of claimants. He also specialises in personal injury matters involving all types of accidents at work such as slips, trips or falls and claims arising from dangerous practices and procedures in the workplace, defective or poorly maintained equipment, dangerous machinery at work, falling objects, negligence of co-workers, insufficient or improper training, assault at work, accidents while operating a forklift or crane and faulty lifting and manual handling practices brought on by lack of training. Liam also deals with accidents in public places such as a slips, trips or falls on a public road or pavement.
