Harriet obtained a 2:1 BA (Hons) Degree in History at the University of Bristol in 2002, before completing her Post Graduate Diploma in Law in 2004 and Legal Practice Course in 2006, achieving Distinction. Harriet began her training contract at specialist agricultural law firm Burges Salmon in Bristol, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2008. Harriet joined FBC Manby Bowdler as an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Department in 2014.
Harriet specialises in advising on all aspects of commercial and residential property litigation including dilapidations claims, break notices, rent reviews, service charge disputes, breaches of covenants, lease renewals, possession actions, claims of adverse possession and rights of way disputes. In addition Harriet is a key member of the Firm’s Agricultural & Rural Services Team and deals with all disputes that have an agricultural bias.
