Katherine graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2012 and the Legal Practice Course in 2013, achieving a Commendation and Distinction respectively. Katherine joined FBC Manby Bowdler as a Paralegal in the Commercial Litigation Department in 2013 and commenced her training contract with the Firm in September 2014.
Katherine has completed training seats in the Commercial Litigation, Wills, Probate & Lifetime Planning and Disputed Probate Departments. In September 2016 Katherine became a fully qualified solicitor within the Disputed Probate department, advising clients on all aspects of contentious trusts and probate disputes together with disputes governed by the Court of Protection.
Katherine is an affiliate member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners and a member of both the Contentious Trusts and Estates and Mental Capacity Special Interest Groups.
