Rebecca joined FBC Manby Bowdler Solicitors as a Litigation Executive in the Personal Injury Department in January 2012 and is currently completing the final stage of studies to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX).
Rebecca handles a variety of claims including Road Traffic Accidents, Employment Liability, Public Liability and Occupiers Liability Claims working on behalf of Claimants. Rebecca deals with personal injury matters involving accidents at work such as slips, trips or falls, in addition to claims arising from dangerous practices and procedures in the workplace, defective or poorly maintained equipment, dangerous machinery at work, falling objects, negligence of co-workers, insufficient or improper training, assault at work, accidents while operating a forklift or crane and faulty lifting and manual handling practices brought on by lack of training. Rebecca also deals with accidents in public places such as slips, trips or falls on a public road or pavement.
Rebecca specialises in road traffic accident claims for drivers and passengers of motor vehicles, including claims for pedestrians, cyclists and claims submitted to the Motor Insurers Bureau for victims of uninsured or untraced drivers.
Rebecca is an Associate member of the Institute of Legal Executives with over 8 years experience; she is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
