FBC Manby Bowdler Reappointed to Headway Panel- 18/01/2010
Shropshire law firm FBC Manby Bowdler LLP has been reappointed to the list of solicitors firms approved by leading brain injury charity Headway.
Membership of the Headway Personal Injury Solicitors List for 2010 is limited to law firms experienced in handling brain injury claims.
FBC Manby Bowdler has a 14 strong Personal Injury department led by partners Tim Gray and Susan Todhunter, advising on all types of personal injury claims from its offices in Shrewsbury, Telford and Bridgnorth.
In the last 12 months FBC Manby Bowdler has secured a number of major settlements for clients who have suffered head injuries, including a £4.5 million settlement to pay for accommodation and 24-hour care; two settlements of over £500,000 for pedestrians who suffered head injuries, one of whom will suffer life long epilepsy; and a £700,000 settlement for a car passenger left wheelchair dependent.
