Leading Family Lawyer to Address WI Meetings on Divorce- 10/03/2010
One of Shropshire’s leading family lawyers will be speaking about divorce to a series of Woman’s Institute (WI) meetings throughout the county.
Elizabeth Cleverley, a Partner in the Family Law Department of Shropshire law firm FBC Manby Bowdler LLP is addressing six WI groups on the subject of famous divorces of history.
Mrs Cleverley, who is based in FBC Manby Bowdler’s Shrewsbury office and is renowned as one of the county’s leading divorce lawyers, will speak to WI groups in Westhope, Oswestry, Bridgnorth, Alberbury, Gobowen and Fitz over the next six months.
“Most people are fascinated when it comes to the breakdown of royal and other high profile marriages, and this is as true now as it was centuries ago,” says Mrs Cleverley, who will be examining historical divorces from Henry VIII onwards.
With 40 qualified staff in offices in Shrewsbury, Telford and Bridgnorth, FBC Manby Bowdler is one of the largest law firms in Shropshire.
