FBC Manby Bowdler Helps Deliver a Slice of the Action for Newest Pizza Hut Franchise- 05/07/2010
West Midlands law firm FBC Manby Bowdler LLP has advised on the opening of the latest Pizza Hut Delivery franchise in Wolverhampton, which has created 25 new jobs.
Charan Thiara, an associate in FBC Manby Bowdler’s Wolverhampton Commercial Property Department, advised Wolverhampton-based As One Foods Limited on a 20 year lease of Unit 2 The Swan Centre, Bridgnorth Road, Compton, Wolverhampton, the base for the company’s new Pizza Hut Delivery franchise. Nine full time and 16 part time positions have been created.
Mrs Thiara negotiated the lease agreement, meeting tight timescales for her client, the landlord and Pizza Hut, in order to complete the deal at the same time as planning permission was granted for A5 (takeaway food) status on the shop unit.
As One Foods Limited operates a number of food businesses across the West Midlands and is presently searching for further properties suitable for additional Pizza Hut Delivery franchises.
With 39 partners, FBC Manby Bowdler is the fourth largest law firm in the West Midlands. The firm has offices in Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Telford, Bridgnorth and Willenhall.
