Voluntary Organisation Relocates to New Development- 16/12/2008
Wolverhampton-based voluntary organisation Access to Business has announced its relocation to larger premises in response to rising demand for its services. The company was advised by local law firm FBC Manby Bowdler.
Access to Business helps local disabled people get into training, work and self-employment. The organisation has recently been awarded a Big Lottery Grant to support the expansion of its services.
Josie Kelly, manager of Access to Business, said: “Since starting up in 2004 we have seen demand for our services grow and grow.
“After spending over 12 months searching for premises that were suitable for our and our clients’ needs we were delighted to find the new development of The Curve on Tempest Street. We quickly realised it was just what we were searching for and, with the advice of FBC Manby Bowdler, we managed to secure the property.”
Andrew Wynne, commercial property partner at FBC Manby Bowdler, said: “We were pleased to assist in the transaction and ensure that completion went smoothly.”
Susan Hughes, manager of Access to Business, added: “We are currently in the process of moving location and the new office will open its doors to over 400 clients a year from January 2009.
“We are really excited that our next enterprise event to showcase the work of our clients will be hosted from our brand new office.”
