Increase in the Annual Compensation Limit- 16/12/2010
From 1 February 2011, the cap on unfair dismissal claims will increase to £68400. It is currently £65300. In turn the maximum for a week's pay will increase to £400 making the maximum unfair dismissal award £80400.
