Course Booking Conditions
CPD Points
We are a registered trainer with the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Details of CPD hours and the reference code will be forwarded to you with confirmation of your booking.
Registration
To register on these courses, please complete the booking form online, or email connect2law@fbcmb.co.uk.
Substitutions, Cancellations and Attendees
In the event that you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the date of the seminar. If the booking is not cancelled or you fail to attend the seminar an administration fee of £25+VAT will be charged to your firm*. By completing and returning this booking form, you are agreeing to these terms.
*a substitute may be named at any time before the programme begins, without incurring a charge.
Access and Special Requirements
Please let us know if you have special access or other requirements so that we may make your attendance at our courses an enjoyable and comfortable experience.
Venue Details
These will be provided on confirmation of your booking.
Agenda and Course Materials
You will be notified of the course agenda approximately 2 weeks before a course date. Course materials will be available on the day.
Data Protection
Your information will be held by FBC Manby Bowdler LLP in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and added to our marketing databases. It may be used for internal statistical analysis, to fulfil any requests from you for further information/services and to contact you by mail, telephone or (if you give us your email address) electronic communication about other services or events offered by FBC Manby Bowdler LLP.
We shall not pass your course booking details to any third party.
