David Grove appointed head of Commercial Property at FBC Manby Bowdler- 13/09/2011
West Midlands law firm FBC Manby Bowdler LLP has appointed Partner David Grove as Head of its Commercial Property Department.
Mr Grove takes over as head of one of the largest legal commercial property teams in the West Midlands, based outside of Birmingham.
Based in FBC Manby Bowdler’s Wolverhampton office, Mr Grove joined the firm as a trainee in 1991, qualified as a solicitor in 1993, and became a partner in 1996.

Focusing on all areas of commercial property, Mr Grove specialises in acting for clients dealing in large residential portfolios and developers of both residential and commercial properties.
Senior Partner Niall Blackie said: “David becomes Head of Department at a time when our commercial property work is growing and becoming increasingly specialised, as clients look for more sophisticated advice in the present market.”
With 33 partners, FBC Manby Bowdler is one of the largest law firms in the West Midlands. The firm has offices in Wolverhampton, Willenhall, Telford, Shrewsbury and Bridgnorth.
