FBC Manby Bowdler Retains Independent Quality Standards- 18/05/2011
West Midlands law firm FBC Manby Bowdler LLP has successfully retained two independent quality marks - The Law Society Lexcel Practice Management Standard and the ISO 9001:2008 (Lawnet) Standard.
Following audit processes, both standards independently verify that FBC Manby Bowdler is meeting the highest management and customer care standards.
The Lexcel report noted 13 areas of good practice, including staff training and appraisals, and providing clients with a cost benefit analysis when supplying legal advice.
FBC Manby Bowdler Senior Partner Niall Blackie said: “I am delighted that once again we have retained these quality standards, which will continue to reassure our clients that we provide the optimum legal advice in the best possible way.
“Indeed when you take into account other independent expert views about the quality of our work, such as that of The Legal 500, then our firm has never been so highly rated.
“However, I am determined that we will not rest on our laurels, but will endeavour to provide an even better service for our clients, because we recognise that it is the quality of our service that encourages our clients to return to us."
With 34 partners, FBC Manby Bowdler is one of the largest law firms in the West Midlands. The firm has offices in Wolverhampton, Willenhall, Telford, Shrewsbury and Bridgnorth.
