New Flexible Working Requests Form- 01/04/2011
The right to request flexible working is being extended from the 6 April 2011. From April 2011 employees who care for a child under the age of 18 will be able to request flexible working. The department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) has published a new application form for employees to use to request flexible working.
