Four Promoted to Associate at FBC Manby Bowdler- 14/04/2011
West Midlands’ law firm FBC Manby Bowdler LLP has promoted four solicitors to the position of associate.
Gareth Ruddock is a member of the Litigation Department. Specialising in all aspects of commercial litigation, he also advises on property disputes and insolvency law.
Sara Morton works in the Family Department, and has experience in all types of family cases including divorce, linked financial matters and disputes regarding children, as well as cohabitation matters.

A member of the Commercial Property team, Alison Sargent specialises in all aspects of planning matters and advises private individuals, professional contacts and land developers on a regular basis.
Part of the firm’s specialist Agricultural and Rural Services team, Douglas Godwin works across a wide range of agricultural and commercial property related matters. He holds a Diploma in Advanced Farm and Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester and remains involved in the family farm, while being a director of two farming companies.
