New Head of Family Law at FBC Manby Bowdlers’s Wolverhampton Office- 11/08/2010

West Midlands law firm FBC Manby Bowdler LLP has appointed a new head of Family Law at its Wolverhampton office.

Partner Elizabeth Cleverley transfers from the firm’s Shrewsbury office to take up the new full time role in Wolverhampton. Mrs Cleverley has more than 25 years experience of family law and has particular expertise in high net worth divorce and family trusts and considerable experience in cases involving businesses and farming enterprises.

Joining Mrs Cleverley to further strengthen the Wolverhampton-based Family team is Partner Fay Rothery. She specialises in divorce, all aspects of ancillary financial matters and disputes regarding children. She has considerable experience in cohabitation matters including disputes regarding the ownership of property, financial provision for the benefit of children of unmarried couples and cohabitation agreements. Miss Rothery also has an interest in the law relating to Civil Partnerships.

Mrs Cleverley and Miss Rothery will lead a full team of family lawyers in FBC Manby Bowdler’s Wolverhampton office and be supported by other family lawyers in the firm’s Shrewsbury, Telford, Bridgnorth and Willenhall offices.
