Accreditations

Our people are encouraged to develop their skills and knowledge relevant to their particular area of work. 

FBC Manby Bowdler is a member of and is governed by the Law Society of England and Wales.

The Law Society approved accreditations and associations assist the Firm in delivering advice of a high standard within certain specialist areas.  Our staff are encouraged to achieve the relevant accreditations in respect of their specialist areas.  The Firm employs a number of people who have the following memberships and associations: 

  • Our Family team are members of Resolution and the Law Society Children's Panel;
  • Our Personal Injury specialists are members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and Law Society Personal Injury Panel;
  • The Planning team are members of the Royal Town Planning Institute and the Law Society Specialist Planning Panel;
  • The Employment team are members of the Employment Lawyers Association;
  • There are members of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners within our Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning team.
