- The Core Strategy was adopted on Friday 16 October 2015 and covers the period up to 2031
- As of January 2016 the Council says it has a 5.01 year housing land supply. Given that this is only marginally above the threshold the Council must closely monitor the situation.
- The Council has developed a preliminary draft charging schedule for CIL
