Every time we complete a case for a client we will ask them to complete a satisfaction survey. We want to know honestly what they thought of us so that we can continue to build on what we hope will have been a stellar service experience.

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do and our aim is always to ensure we get it right first time. For the rare occasions when a client feels we have fallen below our highest standards, we have a robust feedback and resolution procedure to make sure we put things right!

Making a difference

Our aim is to make a positive difference to the local communities in which we live and work. This is something everybody at FBCMB takes seriously and feels passionate about. We even have our own Corporate Social Responsibility Group (CSR) in place to help drive what we do and how we do it.

Through effective CSR projects we have an opportunity to reduce our impact on the environment, support local organisations and engage effectively with those who work for and with FBC Manby Bowdler including our customers, suppliers, partners, employees, communities and the marketplace.

Wolverhampton Youth Zone - The Way: FBC Manby Bowdler is a Founder Patron of the Wolverhampton Youth Zone, providing a recreational space for young people in the area.
