FBCMB recognised for Stellar Service ethos
FBC Manby Bowdler has been recognised for our ongoing commitment to excellent customer service.
The Firm won the Customer Champion Award at the Shropshire Star Excellence in Business Awards yesterday evening, Thursday 21st April, a recognition of our ongoing Stellar Service ethos and customer focus.
Laura Jones, Marketing Manager at FBC Manby Bowdler, said; "It was absolutely fantastic for FBCMB to receive the Customer Champion award in recognition of our drive to ensure that every single one of our customers receives a stellar service.
"The judges recognised our efforts as outstanding which is a great reflection of all of the hard work everyone in the Firm has put into driving our customer service focus over the last twelve months."
The ceremony, held at the spectacular RAF Cosford, saw more than 300 members of the local business community come together on a fine evening to celebrate all that is great about business in the Shropshire region.
