FBC Manby Bowdler retains Best Company status
FBC Manby Bowdler has retained its 1-star rating as one of the best places to work in the UK and has taken a step towards achieving 2-star status.
It is the second year running that FBC Manby Bowdler has won the coveted 1-star ranking from employee engagement firm Best Companies, which compiles the prestigious 100 Best Companies lists for the Sunday Times.
The three star accreditation system measures employees’ levels of fulfillment, engagement and motivation. One star rates FBC Manby Bowdler as ‘very good’ and it is only a handful of marks away from achieving the next accolade of ‘outstanding’ and two stars.
The 2016 status was awarded following a confidential employee survey that looks at issues including leadership, personal growth, and wellbeing.
FBC Manby Bowdler managing partner, Kim Carr, said: “We are delighted to have retained the 1-star rating and taken a step closer to achieving 2-star status.
“After years of just missing out on a star rating and being named as ‘one to watch’, we feel that this ranking reflects the work we are doing to reward our staff and make FBC Manby Bowdler a great place to work.
“We have exceptional people working for us and creating a fair and positive workplace environment helps them to deliver a stellar service to our clients. We know our staff are our greatest asset.
“Our thanks have to go to all our staff for their hard work and, with their help, we are aiming to reach that 2-star rating next year.”
