Olivia obtained a 2:1 (Hons) LLB Law Degree from the University of Birmingham in 2012, before completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Birmingham in 2014, achieving Distinction. Upon joining FBC Manby Bowdler as a Paralegal in 2014 Olivia had a particular interest in Family Law. She then commenced her training contract with the Firm in 2014 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 into the Family Department dealing with Child Law proceeding as well as other key areas such as divorce.
Olivia now works in the Litigation department in Shrewsbury, advising on a wide range of Litigation matters with a particular emphasis on property litigation to include disputes over ownership of property, trusts of land, right of way disputes, breaches of covenants, claims for adverse possession, possession proceedings and service charge disputes.
