Kate obtained a 2:1 BA (Hons) Degree in History from the University of Exeter in 2011, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law, achieving a Commendation in 2012 and Legal Practice Course, achieving a Distinction in 2013, both at the College of Law in Birmingham. Kate joined FBC Manby Bowdler as a Paralegal in 2014, commenced her training contract in 2015 and qualified as a Solicitor in the Firm’s Family Department in September 2017.
Kate is experienced in all aspects of family law including, divorce, children issues and ancillary relief. She deals with the preparation of documents, briefing counsel, attending court, attending client meetings and generally assisting the Family Department on all matters.
