Rebecca joined FBC Manby Bowdler Solicitors as a Litigation Executive in the Personal Injury Department in 2012. Rebecca has obtained a number of qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and is an Associate member.
Rebecca handled a variety of claims within the Personal Injury Department including Employment Liability, Public Liability and Occupiers Liability Claims working on behalf of claimants. Rebecca practised in this area of law for 11 years including as a team leader.
In January 2018, Rebecca transferred to the Commercial Litigation Department and now assists on a range of litigation cases.
In particular, Rebecca is one of the lead advisors within the Firm’s Regulatory and Business Crime Team, specialising in the defence of motoring offences work which involves Rebecca advising clients from the police station to the Magistrates Court trials.
