Lorraine joined FBC Manby Bowdler as a Legal Secretary in the Residential Property Department in 2007 and in 2014 became a Paralegal Support within the Personal Injury Department.
Lorraine manages a variety of claims including Employment Liability, Public Liability and Occupiers Liability Claims working on behalf of claimants. She also specialises in personal injury matters involving all types of accidents at work such as faulty lifting and manual handling practices brought on by lack of training and accidents caused while operating a forklift or crane. Lorraine also advises on public and occupiers’ liability claims, which arise from liability disputes or non-compliance of protocols, and deals with claims as a result of accidents in public places such as a slips, trips or falls on a public road or pavement.
Lorraine is one of the Firms qualified Mental Health First Aider's, helping to support those with mental health issues. Our MHFA's help to encourage conversation around mental health and provide a safe place for those who may struggle, to thrive in a working environment.
