Neelam studied Law at The University of Law, completing her LPC, then going on to complete her Masters in Law (LLM) and specialising in areas such as Child abuse and its impact on Personal Injury Claims. After completing her studies, Neelam has worked in a few law firms as a Paralegal, gaining experience in Yorkshire, Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.

Neelam joined FBC Manby Bowdler as a Paralegal in the Personal Injury Department in 2017 and is a member of the Firm's Serious Injury & Clinical Negligence Multi-Track Team. Neelam dealt with catastrophic injury claims that have arisen from Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability and Occupiers Liability.

In 2019 Neelam progressed to the role of PI Business Development Executive, working with the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team to promote organic growth of business into the firm.

Neelam is involved in many charitable and professional organisations that have helped her become more experienced in her role. She has also started her own charitable organisation, Cysters, aimed to support women with reproductive issues as well as being an ambassador for women's health in various organisations.
