How do I get to your offices?

We have 8 offices across the West Midlands, Shropshire & Worcestershire area:

Can I make a payment online?

If you can't get to our offices, are hesitant to post a cheque (or don't use cheques) and want a fast, simple way to pay for your matter, you can use our online payment facility.

Our website has an SSL certificate to make sure that any data you input is completely secure. As if that is not enough, we also have an encrypted payment provider, ensuring that your personal and financial data won't get into the hands of the wrong people.

To get started, simply click "Pay Your Bill" in the navigation bar at the top of this page or any page and fill in the form.

For any difficulties or queries about you have about using our online payment facility, feel free to contact us for more information.

Please note that this service only for payments in reference to client matters. For any other type of payment, for example, seminars we host, this online payment method will not be applicable.

How can I contact you?

As part of aim to provide Stellar Service, our goal is to make communicating as easy, simple and efficient as possible. 

There are 3 ways you can contact us:

  • Make an enquiry online
  • Calling the nearest office to you (Visit our locations page)
  • Or using the Instant Messaging service on the bottom left of this screen

You can find all these options on any page service page you visit as well as the option for us to call you by requesting a call back.

If you are an existing client and need to specifically speak to one of our specialists, you can download the FBCMB APP! With a full directory, you can directly call the specialist you require and if they are not available, you can contact someone who is in the same department.

How long after my accident can I claim?

The majority of claims have to be made within 3 years of the accident.  There are some exceptions and Judges can also alter the time frame if there is a solid legal reason.  

How long will my case take?

As every case is different, there is no real way of knowing how long your case will take to complete. Regardless of whether your case seems simple, you never know what is around the corner.

What we aim to do is provide you with a realistic timeframe, setting out our expectations of your case from the information you provide (so make sure to be a thorough as possible).

We endevour to progress your case as efficiently as possible, making sure no stone has been left unturned at each stage. Now of course, there may be a few bumps in the road, but even so, our people have the upmost integrity to ensure that we do the right thing for you and your case.

All these expectations are set out when you instruct and if there are unexpected obstacles, our specialists will inform you straight away.

What are your fees?

As everycase is different, listing all our fees for every eventuality would be impossible.

The best thing to do is to make an enquiry with us. Give us the details of your case and we will provide a realistic estimation of costs for your case without obligation. Meaning you have peace of mind and can make a clear decision as to if you want to instruct us.

Now of course in the beginning, these would be estimations that we are happy to put down on paper with you, however, predicting the future is impossible and obstacles can occur from time to time, usually from 3rd parties. So it is not unusual that further costs can crop up.

However our philosophy is make sure nothing is hidden from, which is why we outline any further costs that may occur from the offset.
