Abigail obtained her A-Levels in Law, English and Psychology at King Edwards VI College in 2015 and went on to complete her CILEx legal apprenticeship with Staffordshire County Council. Here, she gained substantial experience in family law with a particular focus on care proceedings matters.
In September 2017 Abigail joined FBC Manby Bowdler as an Apprentice Solicitor in the Firm's Family Team, assisting with divorce and child arrangement matters. Abigail has undertaken a six-year placement with the Firm whilst studying part-time with BPP University to qualify as a Solicitor with a full LLB Law Degree in 2023.
Abigail now works within our Corporate team, assisting on corporate transactions including the purchase, sale and re-organisation of companies to non-transactional matters, particularly drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
Abigail was a Cheerleader for 8 years and competed at international level.
