Andrew entered into the legal profession in 1978 as a Trainee Legal Executive and qualified as a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1999. Andrew joined the firm in 1989 in the Commercial Litigation department and became an Associate in 2010.
Andrew specialises in mortgage repossession and landlord and tenant cases. He is the preferred advisor for two local building societies and regularly advises in both private and commercial landlord and tenant matters including drafting assured short hold tenancies, advising on repossession procedures and serving notices to quit, advising on disputes involving the state and condition of tenanted properties, and proceedings under the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act.
In 2016 Andrew was named Chartered Legal Executive of the Year by the Birmingham Law Society.
Having retired from rugby management, he now enjoys playing golf and having more time to spend with his family and two young grandchildren.
